My Story

During my lifetime I have always looked for the "elusive" balance in life. Trying to find peace, harmony and balance in all things. Work, life, home. The last 19 years I have raised a daughter with special needs. Through many challenges I faced raising her I found a network of women, who have become an integral part of our lives. They are my family, they are women who are there for each other always, rise to the occasion no matter the need. We challenge, we inspire, we help, we give back to each other. I believe the power lies in the truth that women are the foundation of all things possible. My mother has dementia/alzheimers my life has changed because of it. I lost my identity when she lost hers. It has been a struggle to find a place where my life will work for me. Over the years many women have inspired and enlightened me with their stories. Their visions, their wants, needs, desires and passions for life. It seems to be a common thread that we all share when we try to balance our lives. This site is born out of the dreams and desires I share with them.
